Telephone and Electronic Communications

To avoid and minimize interruptions during consultations, the Doctors in this practice are unable to take general phone calls unless they are from another doctor, specialist, hospital or other health care providers. Health care providers may leave a message and the doctor will return the call at the earliest convenience.

Patients should make appointments for in-person or Telehealth consultations with the doctors through reception or online via the Health Engine App.

This practice will not accept asynchronous requests for medication prescriptions, medical certificates, appointments, investigation results, referrals and medical reports by email, text, live chat or online, since prescribing or providing health care without a real-time direct consultation, is not a good practice as per the new telehealth guidelines.

 

 

Telehealth

To be eligible for a Telehealth consultation, you must be an existing patient of the practice and had a face-to-face appointment within the past 12 months.

Patients should make appointments for in-person or Telehealth consultations with the doctors through reception or online via the Health Engine App.
